How can I pay for my lessons?

You can secure your booking by making a online payment. Payment is possible by credit card, bank transfer or cheque*.

If you encounter any issue about the payment, please contact us. 

For a payment by bank transfer, you will find our bank details in the confirmation email.

* Only French cheques are accepted

Is the online payment method secure?

Payments are made through our partner on a secure server that uses SSL/TLS technology.

To pay, you will be redirected to the Banque Populaire des Alpes server to input your credit card details. We will not receive your card details.

What if I need to cancel ?

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your lesson.

To cancel a booking, go to My Account > Orders 

In the case of a cancellation requested 48 hours before the first lesson, the full amount will be reimbursed. 

It is not possible to cancel the day of your lesson. Full payment is due.
